We are pleased to welcome residents & guests to our newly renovated South Oak Inn!  The South Oak Inn is the on-site meal program at Bethel Place, offering residents a daily selection of home-cooked, nutritious, and well-balanced meals.

Hours

  • Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is come & go style.  SOI doors open at 11:45 for lunch.  We encourage residents to pay for their meals through their prepaid account.
  • Supper is served Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00. Doors open for seating at 4:30.  Residents must sign up for suppers ahead of time, using the sheets provided at the main floor bulletin board.
  • Guests: Please note that we accept cash for payment (not Interac or Debit/Credit).  Please call the office if you wish to reserve a spot for Supper.
  • Milk & Food Sales is usually on Fridays from 2:15 to 2:45 at the SOI Lobby Window (special exceptions will be noted on weekly menu).  TV Dinners will also be available for purchase at that time, based on availability.  We encourage residents to use their prepaid account for this also.
  • Reservations are welcomed with groups of 7 or more,  from Noon – 1 pm with 48 hrs notice.

Meal Delivery or Pick-Up

Meal Delivery is for residents that are unwell or unable to come down.  Meals are to be ordered by calling Reception at least 24 hours in advance. Please  call or email the front desk ([email protected]) to place your orders.

Meal Pick-Up is for residents that can manage picking up their food order at the SOI.  Food Pick-Up orders can be ordered 24 hours in advance by calling or email the front desk. Orders are to be picked up at the SOI at 12:15 for lunch, and 5:00 for supper.  Please ask the cashier for your order when you arrive.

Prepaid Food Service

Residents are encouraged to set up an account, or make a payment towards, a prepaid meal plan for lunch, suppers and/or milk & food sales at the South Oak Inn. For more information contact front desk.
