November 20, 2020

Bethel Place continues to implement necessary measures under the direction of health and government authorities in keeping our communities safe and healthy.

New Provincial Health Orders November 20th, 2020

Gatherings at private residences are restricted to household only.  Exceptions to the no visitors rule include parents who do not live with their child, people providing child care and other services deemed essential (healthcare and deliveries).  Exceptions will also be made for people who live alone, who will be allowed to have one other designated person over, and they can also visit that one other person. Also under these new public health orders, businesses must move non-essential items away from public access, and only sell essential items.  Essential items include outdoor winter apparel such as jackets and boots, food, baby and child-care accessories, mobility or assistive devices, pet food and personal protective equipment.  Non-essential items can be sold online, by telephone, or by remote means for delivery or pick up.

Due to new guidelines, Steinbach Credit Union services will be suspended on December 2, 2020 until that time when it is deemed safe to reinstate service.  SCU is pleased to offer telephone service calls. Residents can sign up for appointments at the front reception desk to receive telephone calls on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.

Please protect yourself and others by wearing a mask in all of Bethel Place’s public areas such as the hallways, elevators, laundry rooms and lobbies. We remind all persons at Bethel Place:

  • Essential visitation only (medication, health support, and groceries needs)
  • Keep a social distance of 2 meters between you and other people
  • Frequent hand hygiene
  • Stay at home if experiencing flu-like symptoms

Anyone with questions or concerns, can contact the Bethel Place office at  (204)284-3762.

Stay well and stay safe!
