Mennonite Seniors Housing Network (MSHN) is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance staff, and capital projects for our senior living communities at Bethel Place and Autumn House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capital & Project Management: Lead capital planning, contractor relationships, and building renovation projects.
- Operations & Grounds: Direct day-to-day maintenance, suite turnovers, annual inspections, and seasonal contracts (HVAC, elevators, snow removal, lawn care).
- Safety & Compliance: Manage building security, emergency procedures, fire safety, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) protocols.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and support maintenance staff, providing hands-on and after-hours support when needed.
