Bethel Place has recently had an increase of applications. To help manage the waiting list, please be advised that effective February 16th, 2016 a freeze has been placed on new rental applications and changes of readiness to move for current applications. We encourage applicants to follow up in early 2017 for an update of the freeze.  We value and appreciate the enthusiastic interest of applicants for their future home.
